How to Book your Newborn Photoshoot in London

• The session fee is required at the time of booking in order to secure your date.

• Packages valid ONLY for babies less than three weeks old.

• Extended family members are charged at £35 per person.

• A small travel fee (£75-£100) may apply for sessions outside London’s zones 1-3.

Rescheduling

• Babies don’t care about agendas, so do not worry, if needed you will have flexibility in changing your session date closer to the time of your shoot (depending on if your newborn arrives earlier or later than the due date).

• Sessions may be rescheduled due to illness / injury. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at 07546 604 759.

• There is no extra charge to reschedule due to illness, however if the photographer is already on location / the session is about to begin or has begun, there will be a £250 charge to reschedule.

• Sessions may be cancelled for no extra charge if you give us a 30-day notice, otherwise we will retain the booking fee. Once the session has begun, there will be a £250 charge to cancel.

Final products

• Two-three weeks after your session you will receive an online gallery where you can choose your favourite images AS PER PACKAGES above and order printed products.

• The digital images are provided as high resolution JPG files via Dropbox.

• The full gallery is active for two weeks and you will be able to share it with friends and family.

• Please allow 2-4 weeks for the printed products. A more precise delivery date can be confirmed at the time of your order.

• Raw files are not provided. I will make sure to include in your final gallery ALL the best photos taken on the day. The provided images will be fully edited in the same style as seen in my portfolio.

• For printed and framed prints, please allow 2 weeks for production. For albums - 3-4 weeks once the order is placed. Delivery fees are NOT included in the package prices.
